Two weeks ago, Cherry Hill police knocked on the door of a man identified by multiple Tesla drivers in a string of unsettling road rage reports.

Now, that same man — Ryan A. Toogood — is officially charged.

⚖️ Two Charges Filed in Cherry Hill

According to new court filings, Toogood has been issued two moving violations tied to a March 22 incident involving Tesla owner Boris Hazanov.

Charges Filed:

• Reckless Driving (N.J.S.A. 39:4–96)

• Delaying Traffic (N.J.S.A. 39:4–56)
